Office Staff
Our support staff includes, our paralegal, Karen Brockie, office manager / cashier Sarah Ritchie, property / office assistant, Chloe Wood and two secretaries, Rachel Breen and Heather Munro.
Sarah is our Cashier / Office Manager. She holds a SAGE Certificate and a number of Certificates relative to her work as Cashier. Her work includes dealing with queries from clients regarding payments and also dealing with the day to day running of the office to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the service we provide.
Karen is a Qualified Paralegal and deals with domestic & commercial Conveyancing. She has considerable experience in this area having undertaken her studies and passed the exams whilst working full time in the legal office.
Chloe is our Property / Office Assistant and deals with queries from members of the public both in person and on the telephone. She also deals with all property enquiries and prepare Schedules relative to the marketing of property, advise clients on any work that would be beneficial to undertake prior to marketing a property, ensure that sales particulars achieve the maximum exposure and a number of other duties which ensure that a professional and efficient service is provided.
Rachel and Heather are our two Secretaries and they have long experience of working in a legal office. As with all our support staff, their input is essential to the smooth running of the practice. Although they have no formal qualification relative to working in a legal office, their wealth of experience in their respective positions, is more valuable to the practice than any formal qualification could be. In addition to dealing with all the typing in the office, they also cover the Reception area in the absence of the Property / Office Assistant.
