Our recently upgraded office is open 9.00 to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and in relation to marketing also 9.00 am to 12 noon on a Saturday. We cover a wide geographical area and are also available to do home / hospital visits should the client be unable to come into the office for an appointment. Our client base covers as far North as Stornoway, Isle of Lewis and as far East as Aberdeen. Therefore a 25 minute drive from the nearest Court is not a barrier to us acting for clients.
Although our offices are based in Buckie, in the case of eg matrimonial separation cases, it is frequently the case that only the initial appointment will necessitate the client coming into the office and all the other work in relation to the case can be dealt with by telephone, e-mail and letters. Therefore, the fact that a client resides in eg Stornoway, Lossiemouth or Elgin is not a problem with regard to us acting for you. Our aim is to provide an excellent professional and efficient service to clients whereby the client achieves a solution to their legal problem in the most cost effective manner possible.
